It is possible to enter wildcard values in text fields. See the chart below for valid wildcard characters.

NOTE: The Course Section Finder and Course Catalog Information Search Screens add one multi-character wildcard @ by default for the Course field after the search criteria is submitted.

Use the following codes when searching for classes: The Course Section Finder and Course Catalog Information Search Screens add one multi-character wildcard @ by default for the Course field after the search criteria is submitted.

• Find all courses that have two letters followed by 100.(e.g., BL, CH, CT...)
  Syntax:  _ _ 100
• Find all courses that contain the number 100(e.g., ED 100, CH 100...)
  Syntax:  @100@
